KARIZMA

Burlington Academy of Dance & Arts Not-For-Profit Performing Arts + Pre-Professional Dance Company

KARIZMA was founded in 1995 as the not-for-profit youth performing company of Burlington Academy of Dance & Arts.  In addition to a full performance season, KARIZMA is committed to community building and outreach.  Pre-professional company, KARIZMA II, was established in 2014 to provide serious young dancers with intensive training and professional performance opportunities.  Their seasons have included UNCSA’s Festival of NC Dance, North Carolina Dance Alliance’s Annual Event, Greensboro Fringe Festival and the North Carolina Triad Choreography Showcase.  Further extending dance education and performance resources to its community, Burlington Academy of Dance & Arts and it’s affiliate companies will continue to foster creativity and artistic excellence throughout Alamance County and North Carolina.

This group of auditioned dancers are devoutly dedicated to their craft. These dancers perform frequently and spend a lot of time in the studio perfecting their technique and choreography.
